Why is my 1997 buick riviera heater blower not working?
Drove home and it was fine the next morning i crank the vehicle and no blower..i checked all the fuses under rear seat,on dash and under hood and no problem of course none said heater blower either but were is the hi/low blower relay located? could this be the problem?
ok just checked voltage going to blower and there is no power there.

the blower motor may have failed, or the control switch may have failed, or a wiring problem. If the switch has too much resistance, it may not function or may not have variable speed etc…
Take the plug off the motor and jump it to 12V power (direct to battery works). If it spins, look elsewhere, if not, it’s the motor.

The fuse box that contains the heater blower fuse is located in the front console by the passenger’s foot.
"BRILLIANT"!!!!

if it works on high only then its the blower relay, if it doesnt work at all then check for power and ground at the motor, if power and ground are present then the motor is defective, chances are the wiring is fine and switches rarely go bad on all speeds, don’t bother with any other fuses, this circuit runs off a breaker
