Trade in numbers, how much to pay?
I am trading a 2005 Dodge Dakota Laramie 4×4 with a 4.7 liter V8, and a 6-disc infinity stereo, leather power seats, linex spray in bed liner, and about with chrome door and tailgate handles, taillight covers, ventvisors, exhaust tip, toolbox. It has 24,500 miles on it. I am trading it for a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab with a Hemi 4×4 SLT with 9650 miles, it has cloth seats, and the big horn package. My Dakota is in Excellent condition and Blue book trade in is ,300. How much do you think that the difference should be that I have to pay, it is at a new Chevy Dealer.

Your Dakota is a hot commodity. Like Dodgeman says try selling out right first.

that will be between you and the dealer ,no numbers i can give you will make the deal go through the way you want it to,they will allow you as much as possible on the deal, but remember they are a dealer, and they probably will only allow you trade in value of the truck, they wont pay more for your truck than what they can buy one like it for somewhere else,so keep this in mind, you will probably loose money on this deal, you,d be better off selling your truck strait out to someone and buying their truck, good luck.
