Where can I find Firefighter Auto Accessories?

Anyone know where I can find some firefighter/ fire department accessories for my truck? Basically like seat covers, 4×4 decals, windshield decals, floor mats, etc. I just bought me a new "toy", ’97 Toyota Tacoma V6 4×4, and wanted to load it out with fire rescue gear.

Toyota Yaris the Efficient Non-Hybrid Car

Toyota Yaris the Efficient Non-Hybrid Car

If you are looking for exceptional gas mileage but don’t want to spend the money required to buy a hybrid, take a look at the Toyota Yaris. You can drive the Yaris fast, because it has the engine power, and yet still achieve excellent gas mileage of around 36 mpg on the highway. It has a five-liter, four-cyclinder engine and a manual transmission.

Although it is a small car, the Toyota Yaris is also one of the safer cars in its size category. You may have been bothered by the Yaris’s small size, but Toyota has added a lot of safety features, including all the basics you would expect, plus advanced features like its exceptional airbag system, anti-lock brakes, and innovative shock adsorption zones that are found both in the front and back of the car.

Because the interior of the Yaris by Toyota is dually flexible and spacious, it is rather impressive compared to its competitors. Inside the Toyota Yaris is a oil pressure, and the brake, digital clock, warning lights for the airbag, seatbelt, low-fuel level, black optitron speedometer, LCD odometer, twin trip meter and fuel level gauge,door-ajar, battery, check engine, tilt steering wheel, CFC-free air conditioning, interior map light, fabric-trimmed 4-way adjustable front seats, folding rear bench seat, covered rear storage deck box, lift back storage cover, remote fuel-filler door and hood releases, trunk lamp, and12V power outlets.

The exterior side features include: aerodynamic halogen headlamps that are multi-reflector, intermittent windshield wipers, outside mirrors and door handles that are color-keyed, and 14 in. roof-mounted antenna. Finding tires that are P175/65R14 with coverings is easy.

Exact Fit Toyota Seat Covers

Exact Fit Toyota Seat Covers

Not every Toyota is the same, so why buy generic seat covers that are made to “fit” any make and model? They are by no means a “one size fits all” product. Here are a few reasons why buying them from a professional retailer is the way to go:

No Guessing – Purchasing exact fit covers from a professional company means they know the exact differences and dimensions of all Toyota makes and models. No guessing whether or not they will fit your seats, when they are made to fit by leaders in the car seat cover business, they will fit. No need to measure anything, they already have all the information.

No Draping or Gaping – All car seats are not created equal. Generic covers are oversized and not contoured to your seat design, creating draping and gaping, which is unsightly and uncomfortable. Quality Toyota seat covers use the exact dimensions and seat configurations, including seat belt and headrest cutouts, to ensure an exact fit that is long-lasting.

No Hassle – Buying new covers for your car seats shouldn’t be a hassle and involve driving all around town. Choose an online retailer that makes buying custom covers easy by taking you through a simple online step-by-step process. From the comfort of your own home, start by selecting your car’s make and model, then choose the fabric, style of cover, color and design. Your custom tailored Toyota seat covers are then shipped directly to your door, guaranteed for easily installation and exact fit.

how can i make my car seats comfortable?

i want to make my car super comfortable. id prefer doing up the whole car but the two front seats mainly. what kind of cushions should i get? i mean i dont have a car yet but i will soon. it will probably be a compact sedan like a toyota corolla mazda protege hyundai elantra, something along those lines. i also want to put hello kitty seat covers over it so would the cushions fit?
um, relatively unexpensive, seeing how i dont have a garage and would hate to have it stolen like it would already suck to have to buy a new window, but having all that invested in the interior? no thanks? would chair cushions work or wht? i just want the passenger to get in like oohh thats soft and me be like yeh i know im about to fall asleep myself

Will a local junkyard take my car for free?

I got a 91 Toyota mr2 that I scrapped parts off. I’m taking out the engine and trans, along with suspension. No rear tires. I stripped the interior and a couple of wiring harnesses retains a steering wheel with airbag, interior carpeting, and seats, drivers side door panel, heater core, dash harness.. windshield is cracked but all other glass including t-tops are fine. mr2s are rare so they’ll be sought after a bit more. no tailights

My car is brand new and when I got it serviced the guy says I can't use my MAX AC feature, ever! What?

OK, in December of 2007 I bought a 2008 Toyota Camry SE .. brand new! Less than 200 miles on it.
Well, considering I bought the car in DECEMBER and it was cold out, I didn’t actually have to use the Air Conditioner until around March when it started warming up (here in California).
Ever since the FIRST TIME I used the AC it reaked of mildew. I brought this up when I had the car serviced (oil change) last September. The Mechanic (at the Toyota Dealership where I purchased the car) said he ‘cleaned the air conditioner cables and put in a deodorizer’. That worked for a day. The very next day the SAME SMELL was back!
So, being that it was almost Winter at the time, I decided not to worry about it because the mildew smell only comes when the AC is on, not when the heater is on.
NOW, it’s January and HOT. So I have been running my AC and that smell is back. It’s awful. It gives me a splitting headache and makes me nauseous, not to mention I have an 18 month old in the back seat who is also breathing the fumes.
SO, I took the car in again today to have it serviced, specifically for this MILDEW problem.
The Toyota mechanic looks at my car and said that the filter is fine and I’m having this problem because I’m running ‘Max AC’ .. he said, ‘Toyota suggests I don’t use the Max AC feature’!
WHAT??
My car is BRAND NEW. I live in CALIFORNIA where it gets up to 115 degreeze during the summer and I can’t use my MAX AC feature????
I have the Toyota Warranty AND we paid extra for an EXTENDED WARRANTY .. and now they’re telling me I can’t use my MAX AC feature???
I am so pissed.
Seriously! Is this right???
WHY didn’t they tell me this BEFORE I purchased the car????
With the added features I have on the car (moon roof, built in BlueTooth, the custom sound system) and the tax and the extended warranty we paid (are paying) close to ,000 for this car! and I can’t use my MAX AC feature?????
Shouldn’t they have told me this when I purchased the car???????
Because believe me, IF I had know this, I would NOT have purchased that car!!!!

SERIOUSLY. Is this right?? Can they REALLY tell me NOT to use my MAX AC feature because IF I do, I am going to have this problem??? He specifically said, [and I quote!] "Toyota suggests you do NOT use the MAX AC feature. If you choose to use the MAX AC feature [ever!], you will continue having this problem. There is nothing that can be done to prevent the smell of mildew if you choose to ever use the Max AC feature".

Is this common? Or is the Service guy giving me a line of bull????
Can Toyota OFFER a feature on my car and then tell me that IF I use it, I am going to have to SMELL MILDEW??? and deal with the nausea and headache that comes with it?????
I have TRIED running my AC without the ‘Max AC’ setting and it does NOT cool down to actual AC air. It basically blows cooler air out of the fan. The ‘Max AC’ feature is the only setting that actually cools the car during the summer.
Is this Service Guy giving me a line of bull so I just ‘happily’ put up with the sickening smell of mildew?? Or should I continue trying to fix this problem?????
