Truck bed law in Ohio states "people 16 and older; people 15 and younger if the vehicle is driven less than 25 mph or if the person is seated and belted in an OEM seating position; emergencies; inapplicable to pickup trucks with covered cargo areas"

I’m wondering if that counts for the cargo area of vans also.

Can you translate the first paragraph of my speech into french please thanks in advance!

Six musicians, twenty four cities, three weeks. The Winter Dance Party was a tour like no other, except it had one obvious problem: the large quantity of travel in a short amount of time. And to make matters worse, the heater in the bus broke down and the temperature was below zero. So when the musicians arrived in Clear Lake Iowa, Buddy Holly decided to charter a plane, thinking it would be quicker and safer. Flight arrangements were made shortly before their performance. But they were soon faced with another problem: there were six freezing musicians, and only three open seats. The spots were earlier promised to Buddy Holly, Waylon Jennings and Tommy Allsup. However, “The Big Bopper” developed a bad case of the flu on the cold bus ride, so Jennings gave him his seat. As a result, Ritchie Valens- who had never flown in a small plane before- had been asking Allsup all night if he could take his place. Eventually, Allsup gave in and said they would flip for it. To this day, he still doesn’t know why he did that, but is immensely grateful that he had. Valens called heads and sure it enough that’s what it was. Ritchie Valens may have won the coin toss and last seat on the plane, but Tommy Allsup won the rest of his life. When Holly learned that Jennings and Allsup had given up their seats, he said: “Well, I hope your ol’ bus freezes up”, to which Jennings replied “well, I hope your ol’ plane crashes”.
Ugh please don’t use google translate!!!

On 08/20/10 I was nearly T-boned by a drunk driver. Luckily the airbag on my Jeep saved me from extensive injuries. My 11-year old daughter was in the passengers seat and received a bruise on her leg and chafing from the seatbelt. My injuries were a little more, although not incapacitating (massive bruising along my left leg, elbow and arm cuts from glass shards, small laceration requiring one staple on my head, an unsightly bruise from the seatbelt and some scrapes and bruising on my back left side). Their insurance is covering the total loss of my vehicle, rental and my medical expenses from the date of incident (I was taken by ambulance from the scene and released in about 4 hours after examination, patching up and x-rays, my daughter was cleared at the scene), about 00 total so far. I am having a slight mobility problem in my left shoulder and some soreness, and headaches..but other than that I am seemingly ok. SO…my question becomes, should I hire a lawyer in this case? I don’t know that the dollar amount I might be able to recover from damages would be worth it, if it’s just wiped out by a 1/3 lawyers fee. I would prefer that the insurance company pay the current med bills and give me a multiplied arbitrary amount for future med bills and get this settled. I have asked the insurance company to offer me a settlement and am awaiting their response, although I can prolly guess where it will go…as we know insurance co.’s NEVER wanna pay *sigh* So in the meantime I thought I would ask real-world peeps their opinions on the matter! Thanks in advance!

Sooo, my car has been leaking radiator fluid all over the place, its not been fun. LUCKILY my landlord is a mechanic, and was able to locate the leak. He said, its the left intake heater hose…. This is Chinese to me; but he said it was a hose, taken out on the left side of the car if you’re in the drivers seat, that either pushes the fluid in or out of the heating. He told me it would be best if I got the preformed version of this hose to replace in the vehicle. How do I order this online?? How does one figure out the make and model??

We have an O’Reiley’s Auto Parts, Auto Zone, Advance Auto, and a Wal-Mart. Of the products offered at these places, which is your favorite that works the best?

It’s to get them cleaned at the local detail place because the size of the truck. I’d really rather spend or trying to get it out myself. We have custom-made seat covers to go in them but we want to clean the seats before covering them.

Also, if you have any recipes for any cleaning mixes you can make at home that are simple and don’t stink, i wouldn’t mind trying that on the seats either.

Thanks in advance!
