Toyota Camry 2002 LE, Honda Accord 2003 LX, or lease/buy new Camry or Accord?

Hi, I am looking to purchase a mid-sized car (an Accord or Camry). I want to get the best value for my money and am not sure if it’s better to purchase a new car or a used one? By looking locally, I have found two used cars that I may be interested in through dealers:

2003 Honda Accord LX with 73,358 miles and a Powertrain Warranty (not sure what that covers?) until 2010 or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first) LIST PRICE: ,995

2002 Toyota Camry LE with 69,000 miles (actually think it was a little more than 69k for miles) LIST PRICE: ,750. I’m not sure what the warranty is on this car. I noticed this car had some scratches on the passenger dash board, key area too, and some discoloration around the drivers side seat belt wall unit. The gas cover also seemed VERY hard to open I didn’t force it as I didn’t want to break it (I’m sure they could fix before I bought).

Which car is the better deal? Are these good deals or am I better of to try to lease/buy new? Thanks!

My 2001 Dodge Durango seems to have an electrical problem.?

First the door locks began locking and unlocking of their own accord, now nothing on the steering column works ie: cruise control, radio controls, horn. My airbag light is constantly on and my driver’s side seat heater isn’t working!! What’s going on?

Good buy on 1999 Jeep Wrangler?

I am getting ready to sign the paperwork on a 1999 Jeep wrangler, just wanted to see if anyone thinks this is a bad idea.

I personally love manual tranny, and I will be towing a yamaha jet-ski with it.

How can I remove the driver’s seat rear panel in a 2004 Lincoln LS?

The driver’s side seat heater duct in my Lincoln LS has become dislodged. Need to remove the driver’s seat rear panel for room to access and replace the duct.
I cannot find any screws or clips or anything of the like.

Anyone have a problem with seat heater in auto developing a hot spot?

I have a ’03 Acura MDX, with seat heaters on both the driver and front pass seats. In the past year the driver’s side seat heater has developed a "hot spot". There is just one certain spot that becomes hotter than the rest, in either the low or high setting, and it literally burns my leg. I took it to the dealership, the vehicle is under warranty, and they are telling me they cannot detect a variance with their "infared heat sensors" and they will have to take the seat completely apart, and if they still cannot find anything wrong with it, I will have to pay the labor!!! I am not imagining this. When I checked my vehicle into service this morning I told the person who was checking me in, not the same guy who was in charge of my vehicle…they couldnt find him, about this "hot spot" and he told me this does occur when the heater is about to go out. This needs to be fixed under warranty, and I need to be armed with as much info as possible. Suggestions or shared experience will help!

Where can I find a replacement seat cover for 2004 Ford Lightning? ?

The seat cover is grey suede with black inner trim and has a SVT logo in head rest. I’m just needing the cover since the seat itself is in excellent shape. The original driver side seat cover has a burn and some wear marks in it when i bought the truck.

2001 Hyundai Sonata Sensor in passenger seat…?

My Mom’s Sonata went in for the air bag light that won’t shut off. Then she told them that the passenger side seat has a pretty deep burn hole in it (her husband dropped his cigarette on it)Yeah I know…Anyway they said that could have put a short in the sensor. It will cost 0, which she by no means has. And they told her it may affect the air bag from deploying. First of all, we had no idea there was a sensor in a seat and also, will that affect the air bag from deploying? Now I’m nervous. And she has an extended warranty and it doesn’t cover this.
The answer I just received has made me feel much better. But my Mom wants me to ask another question, so the burn in the seat could actually affect the sensor. That’s actually the coolest thing I ever heard, basically there’s a scale in the seat. LOL
Is there a way that the light can be turned off?

Raising trade-in value ’00 Jeep Wrangler? Replacement seat?

Drivers side seat has ripped! Should I replace the seat, or just buy some seat covers? They are vinyl seats. There are some other cosmetic repairs that need to be done, (New soft top, dent above windshield, re-paint fenders, tire cover, etc.) It is a 2000, less then 99,000 miles (mostly highway miles), I am the only owner, and never have had any problems with it. It’s yellow, black top, half doors, air, CD player, sound bar, 4cyl, tires are pretty new. I hardly ever drive it, I work with my husband so we always drive his car. How would this effect the trade-in value? (I would say it is in "Fair" condition at worst.) Or would I be putting more money into it than I should? Would I be losing money?

WHERE can i get a new leather seat cover for a 1995 ford bronco. I want it to look just like the factory kind?

What is the best way to repair/replace a ripped seat on a 2001 jeep wrangler sport?

I own a 2001 jeep wrangler sport (stock) and the front drivers side seat has a 2 inch tear located on the side. The seats are black with random triangles and lines. I would like to stay away from seat covers. Can you replace just the factory bottom seat cloth? What is the best and cheapest fix?
