We have a 2005 dodge ram with cloth seats and a hole burnt into the passenger side seat. We need to know how to have the cover replaced or where we can find a matching cloth cover to replace it ourselves and if so how and approximate cost. Please help! Thank you!
Curtis’ helmet jarred loosely about his head. He had long considered buckling the strap, but the strap rubbed uncomfortably against his neck and he decided to only buckle it if necessary; So his helmet jarred about his head. He was sitting in the back seat of a US humvee. If you could imagine sand, and lots of it, in every which direction, with a few mountains rising in the distance, that would describe his surroundings perfectly. For Iraq was a sandy place.
" Feeling like the new kid on the block? " Sergeant Lance asked from the seat besides Curtis’.
" Uhh, a bit" Curtis replied, not quite sure how to reply but afraid of giving an unsatisfactory answer to his new squad leader. In the front seats Link, the radio specialist and general nerd of the group, and Baggs, the strong black rifleman, argued over the music choices.
" I don’t care what you think" Baggs started " We’re listening to Young Money"
" Like hell we are" Link retorted " Put in Maroon five"
Baggs chuckled and replied " Sure thing buddy" as he inserted the Young Money disk and the Humvee was filled with Rap music.
" Turn that **** off" Lance called to Baggs
" Oh c’mon sarge, its Young Money!"
" I don’t give a damn if it’s the Queen of England; turn that **** off"
Baggs grimaced and finally reached across to the controls and turned off the music
" ahhh, much better" Link said from the drivers seat.
"That has to be the worst **** i’ve ever heard" said the gunner, Turner, who was manning the machine gun mounted on the top of the Humvee.
"I liked it" Curtis piped in
"Enough" Lance called again " We’ve got a new guy. Name’s Curtis."
" Yeah I seen him" Baggs said after a moment. He then turned and stared out of his window " Crow was better"
" Lets hope this sonofabitch can dodge bullets better than Crow" Turner called down
" Don’t pay any attention to them" Link reassured me from the drivers seat " Half these bastards can’t read. The other half are in the other truck" at this he jerked his thumb back to show the Humvee that was following us.
" Not those three crazy bastards" Baggs said " And I’ll be damned if Big T can read"
" Hey Sarge" Turner interrupted " We got civies up ahead"
"What?" Lance looked concerned " There isn’t a village within twenty miles"
" They’re there" Turner affirmed " take a look"
Turner lowered himself and traded spots with Lance . For the first time Curtis was finally able to observe Turner. He was thin. He had a bandana that covered his face, leaving only his sunburnt eyes visible.
" Well sonofabitch" Lance sounded from the gun " Lets see what they’re doing"
He lowered himself and Turner retook his position.
" Slow up" he said to Link, who obediently slowed the truck until it was at a stop besides the civilians. " Turner, you stay on the gun. Link, be ready for a quick takeoff. Baggs, Curtis, you’re with me." At that he popped open his door and left to meet the civilians. Baggs chanced a glance back to Curtis and said, "Don’t forget your gun", and with that he was also into the sun. Curtis was last to exit. The sun momentarily blinded him, dulling his senses and his connection with the world, but a moment later it passed, and he was able to clearly see the guns pointed at his face.
There is more. I just wanted to give an example. Thank you for reading. If you’ve already answered, please ignore this. I would like to know what you think of the plot and the style. I know there are grammar and maybe some spelling issues. Thank you very much.

1997 Dodge Neon. Beater w/ a heater my son purchased. I know it takes 14" tires. Will ANY 14" tires do, or do they have to be specific like P175/70R14? Confused there with all letters/numbers. Also, power steering went out. Is it necessarily the pump or could it be just hoses are shot or belt? Is his Point A to Point B car and he’s paid cash for it, so want to help if I can. Also, there is no back seat….currently. Do these just snap in or are they bolted to frame when it comes to putting one back in from perhaps junkyard or something? Any help is appreciated!
I was in a car accident today in Michigan, where I live. We were going down a 2-way 4-lane road in the left lane. There is no center turning lane. We had stopped for a car in front of us who was waiting to make a left turn over a double yellow. We were sitting there waiting for this car to turn as we couldn’t make our way over to the right lane to go around due to traffic, & next thing thing you know we were rear-ended by a guy in a truck. My car is a 1994 Dodge Shadow ES. The back end is smashed in really bad up to the back seat and the back window shattered. So it’s just the trunk thats been compressed. It is however no longer legally drivable (no lights, no bumper, no way to fit a new window in, tires are in contact with the smashed metal). The siding is pretty messed up due the impact as you cant open any of the doors. Everyone’s alright, though my sister, who happened to be driving, was taken into the hospital by the ambulance just to make sure there was no damage because she was feeling pain in her neck & back. Shes ok. I just want to know where to go from now legally as far as my losses with the vehicle & expenses put into it.
I’m at no fault. From what I was told, the kid has plpd insurance? I have really no fault insurance (?) Not sure what kind. (Though I should, shouldnt I?) The car is no longer legally drivable. So I’m basically out of a car. The police had it towed and he said it doesn’t cost me anything, but shouldn’t it if I wanted to take it out and have it towed back to my house? Its BS that they didnt let me figure out the towing myself if they are going to charge me for release..
Other than that I’m concerned about getting back the losses from the guy thats responsible..
The vehicle is retailed at no more than 00, but 00 has been put into it in the last year. I also have 2 amps, a subwoofer, and 2 speakers that due to him rear-ending me I may be losing out on (Ill see when I check the damages tomorrow). That stuff is only about 1 1/2 years old and if I replaced it today with the same brand & model it would cost me over 00. But, how crucial is it for me to have receipts for proof of the value since I don’t have them anymore. I bought it all offline and might not be able to recover it. But it was all new when I bought it, and you can easily look up the retail value today, which is the same as when I bought it.
Also, if I can’t get any transportation I will miss school which is currently being fully covered by FAFSA (govt. financial aid), but I’d be losing out on the grants they’ve given me (if I have to take these classes over it will then have to come out of my pocket, and I cant afford any of this right now as it is).
Anyways, please tell me what you think. Sorry for the long explanation, I just want it to be thorough to get more reliable responses to my situation. Thanks.
I am getting a new car in a few months and its my first car. I want it to be really cute. I’m getting a 2002 Dodge neon. It’s suppose to be a dark red, kind of burgandy color. I was thinking about getting hot pink steering wheel covers and hot pink floor mats and maybe hot pink seat covers. I’m not much of a pink person but I just think that would be very cute. My question is do you think the pink will clash with the burgandy? or should I try another color?
Also, if you have any ideas on how to make the car really cute, let me know (by the way i’m a 21 year old girl.)
I’m not paying for this car. My uncle passed away, so I am getting his old car. I am not asking about the make, I’m asking for your opinion on accessories!

I was flying 10,000 ft above sea level, with no one in sight, searching for a place to land.
It was nice at first because I was flying into the sunset.
Then an armed giant atheist, with an eye-patch, boarded on the plane. It was a fight to the death.
As the plane flew, the struggle in the pressurized hull was epic. I proceeded to grab the Emergency Exit Axe, and I was slashing my way through the leather seats, hoping the final blow will land fatally on the atheist.
The atheist meanwhile was taunting me, because he had an assault rifle. How I managed to dodge his shots, happened in flash seconds.
For most of the time of the fight, the atheist was not fighting but laughing. But then he fired some more, with the last shot finally puncturing the plane open.
I thought I better grab a parachute and jump out of the plane. I done exactly that, but the atheist followed because he didn’t have any parachute. He left his assault rifle behind and jumped out of the plane.
As I was plummeting towards the earth, the atheist was suddenly mad to get the parachute off me. We were struggling for the parachute. My back was facing the earth, while the atheist was breathing down on my face desperate to steal the parachute off me. Partially immobilized in air, close to 5,000 ft now, I reached down my pants to pull out my dagger which the atheist didn’t notice since he was too busy trying to dislodge the parachute off my back.
I proceeded to stab the atheist on the side repeatedly, and he howled in pain. But the struggle was not over. He grabbed my wrist now, and try to pry the dagger out of my hands, 500 ft, and it appears there is land below.
As my right hand with the dagger was being pried open, I struggled to move my left hand to pull the chute. The atheist didn’t notice.
When I pulled the chute, the inertia threw his gigantic body off me, and I saw him plummeting to his death towards earth.
I glided down, and landed on earth.
I walked one hundred meters to see his fallen body on earth. He was finally dead.
What happened next was strange. Not far, was a cave full of dynamites, gasoline, TNT, bombs, napalm, incinerator, a one nuclear warhead. He could still be alive, I thought, probably paralyzed and immobilized.
It took me two days to carefully move all the explosives near his paralyzed body (I thought he was dead). Once that was done, he was surrounded with the explosives, and covered in gasoline. I looked for a near by rock, a threw it hard on his head to finish him off. Now he was dead.
I ran to clear from the sight. I climbed up a mountain to see below. Then I detonated the explosives, burning his remains.
I have a 1968 Dodge Dart Slant-Six. It was originally a Monotone Yellow Hardtop Coupe. I am thinking about restoring it since I have over 90% of the parts. It has very little surface rust and the trunk is solid. Any tips on what I should do. I think this is a very unique car for a slant-six. The interior will be the most work. I found a website and I calculated it would cost about 00 to get all the materials I need to restore the interior (carpet, headliner, bench seat covers, bench seat foam, back bench seat covers, vinyl top, mats, door panels, and a dash pad). What would be the worth after I restore it to 95-100% originality? I checked NADA and they said if it’s perfect it should be around ,500. The link has a photos and information on my car. I know Dodge Man will see this so I was wondering if you were on this site and if you could post your cars on here
Thank you.

I was thinking later on in life, maybe I will throw in an upgraded 360 with a manual transmission (either a 833 or a tko-500/600), a dana 360 and maybe some cragar rims. So far I haven’t found any good suspension kits.
Any advice would be appreciated. I am just a college student trying to learn how to work on mopars.
Yeah, I just sold my other Dodge Dart this week and half the interior in it was great half was ok, but the body wasn’t too straight, the paint was terrible, it had all the holes where the trim was suppose to go (it had no trim), and the engine (273) wasn’t working properly. He basically wanted it for the bucket seats. But I got 00 for it when I spent 00 for both. I know I can sell this one for at least 00
