I need a car seat only for traveling so I want one that will be the most lightweight. Any ideas?

I have a dodge stratus, I’ve got 2 children and one on the way, I’m looking for an affordable, reliable sedan that will fit 2 booster seats and a car seat in the back. I have gone over minivans, and suv’s, but I would rather have a sedan…does anyone have any suggestions for something that would fit my 3 children?

My daughter is 4 1/2 and she is 52 pounds. The car seat we have goes up to 100 pounds. Does that mean she can stay in there or does she need to move into a booster seat soon? I have no clue. Thanks
For you guys that think a booster seat is for when you go out to eat, y’all have issues. Do y’all have kids? Why don’t you google booster seat and see what pops up..wow, what losers!

I am taking a 4 hour flight with my 2 year old and was wondering whether I should bring our car seat on the plane. I have purchased a ticket for my daughter. How does my Graco seat attach to the airplace seat? Will it be the same as in the car?

I have a pretty big soon to be 4 month old. He is over 15 pounds and his feet hang over his car seat. One of the ones you snap in and out and carry around. When should I change his seat and what type should it be? His Aunt mentioned something to me about having to change it soon.
She mentioned a convertible car seat. Is he ready for that?
Convertible car seats face backwards too.

I have a preemie and it was reccomended that the car seat she comes home in should have 3 slots for the shoulder straps-but the only carseats that have 3 or more slots are the convertiable ones that measure over 6 inches from the lowest position. My daughter requires to have 6 inches or less from the shoulder strap to the seat.

I bought a new car a couple of months back. The interiors of the car is light ivory color. The other day my friend wore a brand new dress and came with me in the car. Her dress was pink in color. After we got down I noticed that the pink dress left some fabric stains on the car seat. And now the seat is pink in color. I have no idea what to do. Can anyone suggest anything on this please.

I am going to be getting my son a new car seat because he no longer fits in his old one. The new one is forward facing. In the old car seat, we have a bar that has rattles and a light up musical frog that my son loves to play with. Anyone have any ideas for an awesome car seat toy? I’m looking for the best one out there, one that I haven’t seen on my google searches. Thank you!!

I am wanting to take my 6 month old son on a plane trip, seated on my lap, but do not know how to bring a car seat. I would prefer to bring my own car seat than to rent one at our destination. Are car seats allowed as carry on baggage or are they only allowed as checked baggage?

I have a 99 Camry LE V6. The car seat adjustment motor (for the front and back movement only) sometimes stops responding completely for weeks. There is no sound or movement whatsoever. Then it starts working again. The other movements (back-rest reclining, seat height, etc) have no problems. When it works though, the seat has been making a grinding noise. Could it be friction? Would greasing the slide rails help?
