power seat issues?

I have a 97 saab se turbo . Both power seats are not working. I checked power at the fuse and I also have power at the main plug under the seats theres power at the heater wires too and there not heasting the seats eather.
Thats as far as i got without removing the seat ..

Check the relays under the seats at the front of the seats. These gray relays have a tendency to loosen up and fall out of the relay board. These relays are square and usually fall under the seat.
