Just go to a scrap yard, you can get a pair of seats for 30 bucks.

Door pannels will be cheap too.

I would throw some inexpensive seat covers on it till I have a chance to evaluate the cost of a total overhaul then do all of the engine/ drive train/ suspension/ chassis before I do any more interior. Once it is sound it is time to look at cosmetics. You can get lost financially in body and upholstery costs and still have a piece of junk otherwise.
This is what I have done to my '92 Toyota 4x4.
It is now ready to dump the bed and dog house for a 1932 Ford pickup bed and cycle fenders. I will have to make my own radiator shell as I do not want to get rid of the stock one.
I have always wanted a pre-WWII 4WD but I have never seen one.
