I live in Canada so all my prenatal care would have been free, except I gave my midwife a $200 "tip".

I do not do well baby visits, but they would all be free. As would all vaccinations but I delay those.

Breastmilk is free. I do baby led weaning so baby just eats off my plate. I haven’t really noticed an increase in food bills. Actually because we are buying less packaged foods and less processed foods my grocery bill has gone done somewhat though lately it is up as all food is bit more lately.

I got two free cribs (one as a side car to my bed). The mattress was about $80 (you don’t want to use a second hand mattress because of mold and the fire retardants may break down over time). All bedding was free. The dresser was $80. That’s it.

Child care? Why would I use child care?

Infant seat -free (from my cousin)
convertible seat -about $200

diapers about $30/wk the smaller the diaper the more is in a bag so the cost remains about the same as you use less per day as the baby gets older. If you cloth diaper its no more than $200 for the whole year, and if you buy second hand and then resell you make most of it back.

I spent maybe $200 for the whole year on clothing including a very nice snow suit and a few things that I wanted, but didn’t really need as I got a tonne of second hand clothes. The only needed things were a few extra undershits ($5 for a pkg of 3) and some booties ($2-$5 each)

Outlet covers are $1 per pkg I think its 6-8 in a pack

for most of your answers you can go to babies r us and walmart’s websites and look them up….as that is an option, i am not willing to do it for you, you need to do it yourself as it is a school assignment…i had insurance, so i honestly don’t know how much my prenatal care, hospital stay and delivery were; same with ped visits; sorry can’t help you there…i would suggest calling the hospital and asking as well as a ped’s office, and an obgyn for prenatal prices….do your own homework!
