How broad does the BMW factory warrenty include?
There are 3 problems with my 2006 BMW,it has 37000 miles and the factory covers until 50000.
1. Need replace the battery
2. The trunk release doesn’t work,( the thing thatopens and holds the trunk)
3. passenger seat ashpan/ashtry is broken.
Does the BMW factory warrenty cover those?
ahh. I see,thank you. But another little question, if I put that on there it’ll be recorded onto my vechile report..THat’ll be sux.

Yes, all of these should be covered under the standard 4 year/50K bumper-to-bumper warranty. I would schedule an appointment to bring it back to the dealership you bought it from to have these components replaced/fixed. Ask and they will probably give you a loaner car while your car is in for repairs.
