And basically make the system as hard to steal as possible, Use metal straps, bolt everything down, make it harder for the thief to steal, he wont wanna sit there for 5 minutes trying to get something out. Backstrap the head unit to the dash, use "security screws" on the amp, and be creative with the sub. Kreekat, you totally deserved to have your HU stolen haha. And NEVER roll around your hood bumping the music. You will just be advertising that you have a system. Also, never put on car audio brand stickers on your car. Secondly, make sure the amp and the box are both securely fastened in the bed of your Jeep some how, perhaps some cheap L brackets, whatever. Granted that might not deter a pro thief who really wants your gear, but it probably *will* deter the schmoe who is just looking for a quick score smash and grab, at least a hell of a lot more than a blanket would.
