What you are looking for is a wide open area at the airbag for it to pop out during accidents. Which you can custom cut it urself. Which i highly doubt it would look nice. On the contrary, you can consider the seat pads that just lay on top of the seat. I mean, dont get one that completely wrap around the whole seat.
