Some how this story is seen as racist and i personally think that it is a homicide. How could the parent/grandparent think its ok to "Investigators say he was placed in a car seat on the floor of a bedroom, next to a humidifier with a plastic sheet over him. An oil pan heater was just outside the sheet."
just because it wasn’t on purpose doesn’t mean it wasn’t murder… imo

It’s hard to determine what it was, all the facts haven’t been presented. It’s truly not racist though.
The New Black Panther Party is a street gang. It is not a credible organization.
Judging from the facts in the article, it sounds like the child was not killed on purpose; but probably by negligence. Hence the police investigation to figure out how it happened.
If the parents are Black, the child also was Black, and so it could be construed as racist NOT to investigate his death.
