Can anyone tell me where the water behind the drivers seat comes from in a porsch, not the back window?
it is not from the window that is sealed , the carpet behind the seat is wet and the water pools under the drives seat and that shorts out the power locks and heaters in seats etc. any help would be appreciated. the slights rain and it start to get wet.
This is a 97 boxter, only comes in the driver side, also is there a way to seal the box under the seat where the eletrical is for the locking system, heated seats etc can that be sealed someway?

It’s possible there might be a heater core leak, but I know nothing about the Porsche brand.

Door seals?
bottom sealant of the vapor barrier between the door panel and the door. You’ll have to remove the door panel and re-seal it.
If you pour water onto the door window and the carpet gets wet, that’s your problem.
