"95 toyota camry 4-door LE sedan HIGH MOUNT COVER is stuck?
How the heck can I get that high mount cover off? I’ve tried everything in the owner’s manual re: pushing down and pulling cover from the back seat AND I’ve tried accessing from underneath in the trunk. Nothing works to date.
I know it’s something simple but I can’t get that blasted plastic cover off & I simply want to replace the bulb. THANKS!

On 94 and later models, pry off the high-mounted brake light cover, then remove the bolts and lift the housing out for access to the bulb. ( this is right out of my Haynes Repair Manual )
All I can tell you is to put on a pair of leather gloves and pry harder.
I’ll have to keep this in mind if and when my bulb ever blows out in my 95 LE Sedan…
