I live in South Florida, but i was told to just order them off the internet custom fit to my truck. Any suggestions?

I need a car seat cover for my sedan that I can still have my son buckled in teh back with. The covers that I have seen don’t have holes for someone to buckle-up with. Does anybody have an idea. I have leather seats and don’t want them messed up from our beagle.
I can’t just use a towel or sheet, my beagle would just knock it off the seat. He’s really active in the car.

They need to be cleaned but I don’t want to damage the Neoprene.
